phagocytophilum, and Neorickettsia sennetsu. |

- Blast search with lastest annotation database is available at local blast search server.
- January 2006: Genome annotation is completed, and the manuscript is published at PLoS Genetics (Feb 2006 issue).
- December, 2004:
All genome sequences are closed and the final annotation/manual curation/point mutation analysis is in progress.
- June 3, 2003: Genome sequences of E. chaffeensis and N. sennetsu are
completed and analysis is in progress.
- July 5, 2002: TIGR has completed random sequencing of E.
chaffeensis and gap closure is under way (41 contigs; 1,205,083 total
letters).
Also, random sequencing of Anaplasma phagocytophilum is in progress.
