An abominable snowman-size storm stomped through central Ohio on March 8 - 9, while a record 20.4 inches of snow piled up. The previous mark for a single storm locally was 15.3 inches, which was set nearly a century ago, on Feb. 16-17, 1910. While we struggled to clean up the drive way and even the rooftop, kids did enjoy their snowy days - no schools but plays.
